Role: Cloud Solutions Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Solutions Project Manager to lead our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of leveraging cutting-edge cloud solutions for business empowerment.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Cloud Solutions projects.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
3. Provide leadership in project management practices, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
4. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
5. Manage risks and resolve issues that affect project scope, quality, and schedule.
6. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
7. Secure 100% customer satisfaction of our service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in Oracle Fusion Applications or similar enterprise software.
3. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic languages are required.
7. Very strong customer facing & presentation skills.
8. Team player and self management capabilities.
9. Self learner and self motivated to higher performance and knowledge expansion.
10. Must be open to travel.

It’s preferred if you have:

1. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams.
3. Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
4. Experience leading internal initiatives.
5. Proven ability to construct and deliver compelling presentations and propositions to C-level and large audiences.
6. PMP or equivalent project management certification.
